All of our custom rings are handcrafted and made to order. Orders take approximately 21-28 days from purchase to delivery. If you have a specific timeline in mind, simply let us know in advance so we can work to accommodate your request.

All of our diamond center stones for engagement rings and stud earrings 1.00 carat and above) are GIA certified.
Hydrate only offers conflict-free diamonds. We have taken rigorous steps to assure that conflict diamonds do not enter our inventory. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds, and source our diamonds only from known sources and countries that are participants in the Kimberley Process.
Your receipt should suffice for your insurance company. We recommend Jeweler’s Mutual where you can get a free jewelry insurance quote. Please Contact Us if you have any additional questions or need assistance.

We do not currently offer financing or payment plans.
Yes, 25 characters or less is preferred for laser engraving.Please note for Ready-To-Ship jewelry it will take an additional 7 to 14 days to receive your order.
As a courtesy, we provide a professional appraisal for all GIA certified diamond stud earrings and diamond jewelry purchased through Hydrate (1.00 carat and higher).
Process
You may pay via any major Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. The sales tax amount applied to your order during the checkout process will reflect applicable state and local taxes based on your shipping address. Please Contact Us for more information regarding our sales tax policy. Note, for all orders picked up in our Memphis showroom, a 9.75% tax will be added to your order.

Shipping
We provide secured and insured shipping on all of our packages. Your package is fully insured by us until it reaches its destination.
An adult 21 years old or over must be present at your preferred shipping address to sign for all Hydrate packages.
